PAYMENT METHODS ALLOWED BY FACEBOOK IN NIGERIA
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
You can use your ATM cards to pay for Facebook/Instagram ads automatically every month.
You have to be careful during the setup so you won't run into problems when they want to bill the account.
Facebook would be trying to charge your account in Naira ,which won’t go through as banks would not want
to change exchange it to dollars at the official rate instead of the black market rate.
You can only set this once at the beginning of the advert account, once you miss it that's the end of the advert
account.
You would only be billed till the end of the first billing period or till you hit the first billing minimum amount
then the Ad account would be useless.

From the business manager, go to settings dashboard. Select payments then follow the screenshots below.
Select Payments, then add payments.
This is the crucial point , leave the billing country at Nigeria but change the currency to dollars.
Input your credit or debit card details then save the details.

Once again if you save as naira you would have irredeemable issues later.
DIFFICULTY BILLING FACEBOOK AD ACCOUNTS
If you have made a mistake already, the only option to rectify it such that you can still place adverts is to open a new Ad account.Go to business manager,select Ad account then add new account.
Make sure you follow the steps outlined in the previous section to avoid having problems billing the account.
That is,leave the country as Nigeria and the currency in dollars.
PAYPAL
This option does not appear for everyone by default. First step is to make sure that pop-ups are enabled on your browser.
Go to your Payment Settings in Ads Manager. In the Payment Method section, click Add Payment Method. Select PayPal and then click Continue.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to log in to an existing PayPal account or sign up to create a new PayPal account to link to your ad account.
Complete the steps to set up your PayPal account.

NAIRA PAYMENT WITH PAYU
This method allows you to prepay money in naira into your account using PAYU payment processor.
From your ads manager, go to settings then payment settings. Click on add payment method.
Select Naira payment with Mastercard/Visa
Select Naira payment with Mastercard/Visa
Select continue, another popup would be displayed. Select continue again.
Adjust the amount you want to pre-add to your advert account, then select review payment.
Continue with PayU to add money with your debit/credit cards like normal.
